On October 24th, the group headed by Ms. Kate Brown, Governor of the State of Oregon, USA visited our office.

In 1991, Toyama prefecture have instituted a friendship-city relationship with the state of Oregon and cultivated mutual relationship.

They made a courtesy call on Toyama prefectural office, and they arrived at our office.

In 2016, Hokusei established a subsidiary in Portland,Oregon.

After that, we have made an effort in a two-way import-export business to connect Japan and the USA.

Hokusei started importing of fruits puree made in Oregon Fruit Products from 2020, and has contributed to local revitalization to craft beer breweries in Japan and allied Japanese companies and the state of Oregon. CEO Shotaro Tomita reported about aluminum industry and actions about relationship with Japan and the state of Oregon.
